Snowmelt from stunning volcanic peaks gives birth to emerald-colored lakes and rivers that flow through these remote Andean Valleys. The waters are extremely productive, holding large self-sustaining populations of brown and rainbow trout. Fundo el Salto offers world class fly- fishing in the nearby Petrohue River drainage, which includes the Petrohue, its tributaries, and nearby spring creeks.
